Disclaimer: The subject has probably been brought up Before but I just wanted to adress this.

Snakeblood passive (Alchemy skilline)
* Rank I: Reduces negative effects in potions by 50%

* Rank II: Reduces negative effects in potions by 80%

* Rank III: Reduces negative effects in potions by 100%

Perhaps one of the most useless passives in the game in my opinion. People who invest skillpoints into the Alchemy skilline will put points into all passives BUT this one (keen Eye can be helpful sometimes actually). No person (unless roleplaying or crafting a certain potion for a crafting writ) would Craft a potion that isn´t beneficial for you. No one uses potion of ravage magicka/Health etc....

To connect this subject with the upcomming changes in Morrowind:
This post is more about the PvP aspect. With Dark Brotherhood introducing the usage of poisons, it´s been very popular to use them in Cyrodil. There´s been a lot of different opinions regarding poisons. Me personally have no problems with poison but I know that some people thing they´re too powerful and needs to be toned down a bit. With Morrowind we´ll have more difficult managing our Resources, both in PvE and in PvP. And as far as I know poisons are very powerful in the non-CP Campaigns (were sustain is already difficult, and will be even more difficult with Morrowind).

My suggestion is to change the Snakeblood passive to reduce the effectiveness of posions applied to the player by a certain %. This would make the alchemy skilline even more usefull and a good way to counter poisons with the upcoming changes to sustain/resourcemanagement.
