I just want to say I've never had more pleasant experience(s) with any customer service entity anywhere. In most online games when you have a problem you submit a ticket then have to wait for a few automated responses back and forth before you get your problem solved (if they solve it at all). But this guy took care of several problems for me, and quickly without any hassle.

Experiences like this are while I stay subbed and continue enjoying the game, and I'm very much looking forward to morrowind!

Special shout out to Mykael, you rock!

I guess with the beta morrowind coming to an end they got more free time to answer tickets.

Try contacting support about anything for the first week of newest PTS cycle - 3+ day wait times for an answer for most simple issues.

...what's up with all those happy cs posts lately?
My latest ticket never even got a human response, just got closed and I got sent a survey about how did I find their support. Lol. Non existent, in my experience.

Grats to op if he legit had more luck than I did though.

I doubt simplicity is part of the equation. Any new patch is going to bring about bugs and flood the ticket system.

But aren't we told that our in game /bug and /feedback is sent directly to developers?

Why would then ticket system get flooded?

I would imagine the people sifting through bug reports are the same people sifting through tickets. I doubt the actual developers have time to read things like "um me stuck pls halp".

I have always had great experiences with support, but I have only had to contact them a few times over the last few years. I'm mostly self sufficient though, and don't submit a ticket without reasearching to make sure I can't solve it first.

Log into support and check those tickets you've submitted. I'm sure that 95% of your submits never got a response. That is unless it was about reports, then they were closed with a suggestion to ignore the player.
