For a stamblade will the above traits be good when LA/HA and resource management play a central role in Morrowind update?

Infused is very good in morrowind.

it's all up to you. impen can never really go wrong. but if you wan't a little more "omph" to your dmg and heals/shields then putting infused on a few large pieces is all cool too, especially if you are making a mettle build.
my advice is to look at how many active defense skills you got on your bar. if you got more than 2 that scales on resources then defiantly consider infusedAraviel -Professional Zerg surfing mutagen spammer [DC-EU]1 -

Infused on big items for PvP possible only if you use shield as main defense.
Well fitted, reinforced or/and nirn only for specialised builds.
