Lagging/stutter stepping during foot and mount movement!

PS4 platform.. Noticed this has been occurring past week, but more often today and last few days. For every two to four seconds, while moving either on foot or on mount, it will slow to a half-step or lag for a split-second to a second; it is like stutter stepping. Then, it will return to normal, again, for two to four seconds, then stutter step again.. and repeat. Was annoying for a bit, but slightly getting to be frustrating. Hope this gets fix with this upcoming maintenance!

The dev's will be able to respond since it's Monday
and then they may look into this but they get lots of bugs on a daily basies I think.! 0
