    If you're not seeing any of his inventory at all, there was a buggy interaction between that vendor and an addon. I don't recall which one, very popular addon.. I want to say Advanced Filters maybe?

    One group of them that broke away from him but they should be favored in Cold Harbor.
    iirc the vampire story we get when we become a vampire they are not so favorable of Molag Bal even though their roots come from him. I could be very wrong since I space bar that quest these days.

    I've had that "no items for sale" thing show up before, I've been able to fix it by interacting with the general merchants in the area first.

    It's an addon conflict.

    Not using addons and i still get that bug pretty often.

    So, I may confirm that this bug isn't necessarily related to addons.
