So i have been running into these problems for the past few weeks hoping that during every server maintenance week that it would be fixed/solved. I sent a ticket and have been given steps on how to solved the issued. The last mail i got from May 12, 2017 stating:

Be sure to include as much information as possible pertaining to your issues, including providing the link to the video as you did here. The more reports and information our development team receives, the better!
To help minimize the crashing you are experiencing, deleting your ESO save data file is worth giving a try. If this does help, this can be completed as many times as needed if the issues come back or worsen. Please be aware that deleting the save data will only reset your Options settings, and that no character data or game progress will be affected.
Leave the game and open My Games and Apps.
Highlight The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and press [Menu].
Enter Manage Data
Delete saved data from all sources.
After that, reload the game.
