    Is it correct that the NA server is in the central time zone in a location that does not observe DST? I noticed when the time change occurred, that the daily resets changed from 1am EST to 2am EDT...

    Arizona isn't actually in it's own time zone. It's in Mountain and just doesn't recognize Daylight Savings Time.

    It's literally an issue with daylight savings. Arizona doesn't have it which causes it to be classified as it's own time zone. Most applications will recognize this but only a few years ago was less than half.

    I read this book once where the players could travel countries and play with people from different servers.

    I don't know I sort want to meet people from far off, afterall it's really the people what I love.
