We wont be getting Sheogorad. Confirmed it in the Esolive stream there was lack of resourses to do it and only maybe in the future they may do something with it.
Basically we did not include sheogorath cause frankly we had a really not of terrirty to do and it was beyond our capabilities at the time to do , we really love to come back to it at some point it might happen you never know" Its on the eso live they posted on youtube between the 50-60 minute mark for more accurecy.
PSA: Its the huge chunk of land of the coast of the North part of the island. Its not part of Red Mountain being locked off.

Also, let's not get started on their use of giant and huge to describe the zone. Don't want to get into NDA woe, but they appear to be using a different dictionary to many of the testers....
