I've been reading the patch notes and I noticed almost everything about it, it's mainly about morrowind, will there be anymore benefits for ESO+ and any new stuff to the basegame???

    As other people have said Morrowind is basically just a big DLC - the only difference is subscribers have to buy it separately.

    Any changes to balance, skills etc. will affect the entire game, not just the 1 new map. And yes the base game will continue to get updates. There's going to be another 2 DLC and another free update (like Homestead was) later this year if they're able to keep to their schedule.

    @grizzledcroc who's that sheogoraths brother?

    Sheogorad is an island just north of Vvardenfell, and part of TES3's map. Not to be confused with Solstheim which is further north and to the west.

    Of course a lot of the patch notes are about Morrowind, it's the big patch that's coming in a couple weeks.

    And did they stop supporting "the base game" when Orsinium came out? Because, in the end, it's the same thing - another big landmass/zone with more quests. It's not like it's a separate game.

    Have you not played an MMO before?

    That's not how they work. This is adding/expanding on the game world it's not a new stand alone game. Any change they make to skills, CP, crafting, or any other change will be global across Tamriel. Don't think of this as ESO 2 Morrowind. It's just still ESO but now you can visit Vvardenfell

    According to the road ahead article we'll get a dunegon based DLC on third quarter and a "normal" DLC on last quarter.
    A new content Cadence

    Because we will be regularly introducing Chapters to ESO, we are going to make a small revision to our content delivery cadence, starting this year. We will continue to ship quarterly updates to the game – each with a base patch that has all the balance, quality of life, and bug fixes that you have come to expect. Additionally, we'll have a DLC in the first quarter of each year, a Chapter in the second quarter, a dungeon-based DLC in the third quarter, and a DLC in the 4th quarter.
