Hey guys, I'm returning from about a year off, and have a question about one of the abilities. So, I think it is a destruction staff ability, but I could be wrong. When activated it creates like a medium sized ring of fire around you and it spins. It activates on self, not target location. Like I said, it's been a minute since I've been on, so it could be a set proc I suppose. I apologize if this question has been asked before but appreciate any answers:)

✭✭Possibly eye of flame, destro ultimate morph. If it lasts more than 2s it's that. It lasts for 7 seconds.
If it's an instant bang then it's impulse, last skill in destro line.PC Master Race
