Crafting Bag

Ive been out of the loop for a long time, just started up my ESO plus memebership and gained a crafting bag. I know nothing about this bag but that all the crafting material is deposited into it is this bag. My question is this bag shared amoung my other toons or does each toon have their own? How in the hell do I access this bag to see whats in it I cant find any options to view my hoarding tendency? What would happen with the contents of the bag if I choose to end my subscription?

It's shared - to see the content it's an icon next to your inventory.

All will stay in the bag if you stop to sub but you can't put anything in the bag until you sub again.

It's shared across all characters. To access it on ps4 I go to inventory and then press R1.

It's shared across your characters (account wide). To access it, click on the appropriate tab in your inventory (top of the list, above the divisions between items in your inventory). The contents in the bag remain in the bag if you end your subscription. You will not be able to deposit anything more into the crafting bag, but you can always withdraw from it at any time.
