Sending addon settings to a friend?

Hi all,

My friend recently got back into ESO but deleted Minion and his addons a while back. He wants to set up his addons similar to mine - is there a way I can upload my addon folders online and he can download them to automatically apply to his account? Or would this not work due to addon settings being character specific? Any help would be much appreciated!

There is a "Saved Variables" folder. If your friend re-downloads the set of addons you have and then copies your saved variable files on top of the ones that come from downloading the addons it should work.
