lost progression due to game crash

Just finished 2 pledges when the game crashes, once I get back into game, I go to hand them in, and it is saying I havent completed them. No keys to pick up, pledges are available again to redo. Same thing happened to another group member who crashed at the end of the first pledge, tho he only lost the 2 keys for that pledge and had no problem handing in the finished one. One other member completed both without any crashes and got his 3 keys no problem...
