Can you craft Akaviri Maul?

Reason I ask is I am having trouble finding akaviri motif for maul.

Working on master writ and one of requirements is akaviri style for maul.

I noticed vendors in cyrodil do not carry it in the store. Nor have I been able to find it in any trade store.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the Master Writs have a restriction on who makes the gear, unlike the regular crafting writs. So you need to find the Motif, or toss the Master Writ. Hopefully you did not accept it so you can sell the writ itself in the guild store or zone chat.

As for not being in Cyrodiil, I don't know if it it is a specific merchant that sells this motif or all of them, but they are sold for AP in Cyrodiil.

I am also surprised you can't find it in the guild stores, they are saturated with Motifs.

I just checked TTC and Akaviri Maces are at many guild traders. You do realize that the motif won't be called 'Akaviri Mauls'. It will be called Akaviri Maces.

Unfortunately I already accepted it. Bought it at a great price too 96k and it has 96 vouchers.
I was hoping maybe by some chance I missed something.

Never accept, or buy, a Master Writ until you know you can make the item.

And, yes, the Motif is Called Akavari Maces. Which I imagine allows you to make the One Handed Maces and the 2 Handed Mauls. So it's for sale, your just looking for the wrong thing.

Notice how there is only one sword and one axe motif too? You can make the One and Two handed versions of those with the one motif. Same with making all 4 types of staff with one motif.

So, look for Akaviri Maces and you will find it.

I started wondering about that but wasn't sure.

Ok, I'm going to look at the trade stores for this and buy one.
