Speed nerf and Farming Mats
Is anyone else upset they are nerfing yet another thing that affects non-pvp players because of pvp crap. I enjoy farming on a fast toon. My farmer is an orc with fiords and jailbreaker. Now he's gonna be slow AF after morrowind.

you mean "slow af" as in relative terms...cuz, that sounds like a pretty quick character as is...
what's your speed boost at currently - like 40 to 50%?
as much as you have a distaste for it - it may be worth gearing up your farmer john and throwing yourself into the unsightly human degradation activity of battlegrounds...

As long as my 5/5 Night's Silence guy continues to move at "normal" running speed, no. But I never built a speed-stacked guy who stealths faster than normal speed. (vampires, ick!)0 -

How do you add up these speed buff percentages? Is it simply by adding them all up? If that's the case then my speed boost would be 96%

But it also says that you won't be able to run faster than a mount. I'm assuming they're talking about a mounted person that is not wearing cyrodills ward. If that's the case then I will be slowed significantly. Those mounts are a lot slower than me.

Neither will anyone else. And as long as you are as quick as a mount, then you are still faster than anyone on a horse when farming. Why, they have to mount and dismount which takes time.

I don't know if this will effect stealth builds yet, but, it does open the door to nerfing those next. No more stealth sets stacking may be next?
They're going to kill the fun in these types of specialized builds.
