Hello, I've been having this problem the past few months when trying to play the game.

I solved it for the most part over the past few weeks by using "WTFast" but I can't afford to pay for that.

So far, I can barely get past "requesting character load", and if I do, then I get booted out and am greeted by the error as a result of trying to change zones in the game - Like going from Imperial City Sewers to the Districts.

I live on a college campus and have contacted my networking department, they have confirmed that the ports are not closed and that they had added me to a NAT exemption list - I've never had this issue when living at home. I connect via wireless when on campus.

Unfortunately this hasn't worked.

I have a more consistent time logging in , in the early mornings (3AM), but this isn't ideal either.

Would appreciate any help.

Can't log in during peak play time NA.

EDIT: I Am able to get into the Imperial Sewers, but no matter how many times I attempt it, I can't load into the Districts.

Having the same problem since before that whole DDOS thing. Can someone help, please?

I kinda found the reason of my problem: Dynamic IP Address. My IP changes like every 3 minutes and messes up connection, i made a small HTML and JS code to monitor my IP and found that, using a VPN stabilizes my IP andI can play normally.
