I was chatting with guildmates while doing the wrothgar main quest. This was the first time I completed it, so, beyond what my guildmates were surprised at, I'm unsure if this was expected, though it sounds new. After speaking with the new king after the funeral, I encountered the ghost of Varen on the same platform, near the stairs. He spoke to me about a war in oblivion, and that it was the result of serious scheming, and, furthermore, that things will be made manifest when Sotha Sil's city was opened. Is this in fact something new? an additional boon for those of us trying to finish up old questlines before the new content? It sounds new, but it would be nice to know that it was. Mind you, this character has already done the new quest that was placed in this week for Azura's oracles.
