some basic questions for someone who is returing back

1) Stamina vs Magicka vs Health? Is it like that that you should just put majority of points into stamina or magicka and the equip should have either magicka or stamina again or points into health?
2) Magicka vs Stamina? which class can be good with stamina? Is it better to simply go for magicka?
3) Race choice - is there any planned changes for morrowind? (btw. are these changes already in place in test server? just wonder if I should download it and try).
Are there any "priority" choices for some classes? Like DarkElf for dragon knight, HighElf for Sorcerrer etc.
4) Whats the price of respec? (attributes, skills)
5) Is it good during exp phase, simply go for all skills and armors to train them and then just respec for some specific build when reach endgame?

Is Imperial Nightblade good choice? I guess that he can be viable but he should be definetely spec for stamina? Just wonder because I already have him on level 25, but its still basically nothing, so I can reroll him in case that I will choose to play nightblade and imperial would be a bad choice.

You want to play as a Nightblade? You must love Dark Souls.

For real though: If you intend to only do PvE content and never (or hardly) PvP, just pick another class. Nightblade is at the bottom of every job (DPS, Healer, Tank). I show respect for anyone who plays a Nightblade, though, even if they kill me.

Generally you want to choose either stamina or magicka as a build goal the former being more martial based and the later more spell caster based. This is because damage is also scaled by the size of your resource pools.
You can spend some point in health to bring it up, the general level for clearing most game content without issues is 17k/18k health whilst using a food buff.

    2) Magicka vs Stamina? which class can be good with stamina? Is it better to simply go for magicka?
All classes can work as either type, however there are differences in power level as with all games.
Depending on the content you want to do Magicka is considered the better option for end game PvE although unless you're pushing for leaderboard positions Stamina will be fine to clear content with.

    3) Race choice - is there any planned changes for morrowind? (btw. are these changes already in place in test server? just wonder if I should download it and try).
No racial changes for Morrowind apart from slight tweaks to how the Redguard regains stamina. Yes all the current planned changed are live on PTS, it's currently running 3.0.3.

Are there any "priority" choices for some classes? Like DarkElf for dragon knight, HighElf for Sorcerrer etc.
Yes but this depends how min/max you want to go and again what content you're aiming for. Player skill will trump a lot of the bonuses gained from your race but they will make you strong or better at sustain if you min/max.
As you've already noticed Dark Elf for Magicka DK, High Elf for Sorcerer, then you have Redguard or Orc for most melee stamina, others are less favourable due to not as good attribute/damage buffs.

    4) Whats the price of respec? (attributes, skills)
50g per attribute or SP I believe. Note that when SP is reset it will charge you for all SP spent so the more you've invested at higher levels the more it costs. You can also respec just morphs which will be substantially cheaper.
Also note I could be wrong on these values, I forget and am not in game right now. The Shrines to respec can be found in each factions capital city.

    5) Is it good during exp phase, simply go for all skills and armors to train them and then just respec for some specific build when reach endgame?
Generally yes, this helps you become more adaptive to nerfs later on.
Try to level using 5x the armour you want, 1x each other those you don't and you'll level each skill line up as you play.
Weapons are slightly harder as you require having the weapon equipped or one skill from that line on your bar.
You can buy the first skill in each class line and level them this way.
Lastly when you reach level 15 and get your second bar, if you're just questing to level you will rarely need the second bar so you can just load it with skill/lines you want to level and switch to this before handing any quests in.

He'll work find as a Stamina Nightblade, but will be slightly weaker/harder to sustain than a stamina race. You will have the advantage of having more health (less attribute investment/gear/food in health) and some healing from your physical attacks.

Your answer is Sorcerer whatever you ask pve or pvp or solo content there is only one real answer is Sorcerer. They are overpowered on every concept in game. Not good for healing duh but who wants to play healer rather than 2 3 buttons cycle as appouse to play max dps and mobility.

Nowadays all attr to stam or magicka depending on what build you go. The only exeption - tank builds.
    2) Magicka vs Stamina? which class can be good with stamina? Is it better to simply go for magicka?
Magicka vs Stamina is more the question of of race choice not class. Any class can can be good with stamina.
    3) Race choice - is there any planned changes for morrowind? (btw. are these changes already in place in test server? just wonder if I should download it and try).

some priority choises is more assosiated with magicka or stamina more then classes but yes
Dunmers are good for magicka DK and Altmers for magicka sorc
So Altmer, Breton, Dunmer are good for magicka builds
Redguard, Khajiit, Bosmer, Orsimers are good for stamina builds
    Argonians are good for healers
    Nords and Imperials for tanks
That does not mean that you cannot go dunmer tank, or khajiit healer but that choises are somewhat more efficient
    4) Whats the price of respec? (attributes, skills)
When you will be gooing to respec that price will not matter much for you )).
    5) Is it good during exp phase, simply go for all skills and armors to train them and then just respec for some specific build when reach endgame?
Do not think that you will have enought exp and skill point to open all on exp phase. It's better to level 2 weapon skilllines and as for armour level you main armour skill line (light for magicka, medium for stamina, heavy for tank) and start to level 2 others (you can equip 5+1+1 armor parts to do it).
Is Imperial Nightblade good choice? I guess that he can be viable but he should be definetely spec for stamina? Not really imperials are good for PvP or tanking and with Moro updates NB tanks will be nerfed very much. (I think there would be some new interesting tanky builds but they will not be obviouse for new player)

thanks a lot for so many great answers ...

Basically if its possible I will PvP from start to end :-D But in most of the games its not possible, because you simply need to play also some PvE content. I like to play it but mostly something like solo grind just for relax :-) Probably something what would not benefit me:-) I am simply not a fan of raids and things like this :-) Maybe some "smaller" dungeon run but normally I rather avoid it if its not really necessary because of gear.

I will definetely go for skill shards, because its simply must have :-) (At least I think that I need to collect them)

    Hello everyone,

I still checking and trying different characters. I even installed morrowind beta and I would like to ask about warden especially in PvP - battlegrounds and mass PvP.

What do you think about him? and is it better to play him as Stamina or Magicka?
