Massive random FPS drops since last patch!

I've been experiencing some really bad FPS drops since the patch yesterday.

I go from 80+ FPS to less than 15 for about 5 seconds and then it smooths out, this occurs most frequently in Cyrodiil but is occurring in other places in the game. No setting changes or anything. DXDiag attached.

Several of my guild mates are reporting the same issue. Anyone else?

    might be the windows update in the background tanking your pc

    check out resmon

    seriously man its about 5 or 6gigs and was using like 10-15% of my cpu in the process for a long time
    it also moved over 20 gigs of data into windows backup, if you dont have a ssd this will have a big impact

    its a huge update to windows 10 and its rolling out now
    i got it yesterday and my game ran really bad all day until i figured out what was going on
    i stopped playing until it was finished and the game ran fine again
