Obviously you can still use things like Major Expedition for a 30% boost which brings you to 130% of your base movement speed. So what exactly are they referring to? Sneak speed?
Does Windrunner even function now since it would put you at 102%?0 -

What is the limit for running speed bonus?
I plan to make an Orc runner with 84% bonus to Running Speed and 82% Reduced Cost of Sprint.
The purpose is to harvest nodes and chests like a wind.
The minor issue is, so far I could not find any set or potion that can give a stable long term Minor Expedition effect as an addition to permanent buffs Major Expedition from Coward's gear and incr.speed from Fiord's Legacy.PC EU (PL): 14 characters.
