All 3 alliance quest-lines before coldharbor.
Would it be possible and or recommended to do all 3 of the alliance quest-lines before going to coldharbor. For me it would make more sense story-wise but I am unsure of any odd consequences.

✭✭✭✭✭Possible, yes. Whether you want to do so is entirely up to you. The only slightly odd consequences are when the Main Quest tells you to go there in Cadwell's Silver, you'll already have done it.
