Issue after patch (again) ERROR 1005, missing/broken eso64.exe file

I had the same problem after the last patch where my eso64.exe file goes missing/doesn't work, I had to go into safe mode and delete it and copy and paste from my laptop.

Surely there is a way of fixing this without either reinstalling and/or relying on the other device, any ideas? I've tried repairing it, that doesn't work, makes no difference.

I think I've fixed it, well until next patch then I'll have to repeat the process.

Go into safe mode on win 10, with networking, try repairing and redownloading that got mine sorted.

Also when in safe mode check to see if the eso64.exe file is actually in the directory, mine actually disappeared completely when in safe mode. If it is there, try deleting it then running repair maybe that'll work.

Also just be double sure, make sure to run the launcher as admin, not sure it made any difference but hey
