Hi basically I have 291 cp in main char, but i created a new char and want to get into pvp. It's a dark elf vampire nightblade and i want to created it using magicka, not stam. My question is whats a good build setup

A good starting point for gear would be 5 twice born star, 3 julianos ans 3 willpower jewelry.
