Order of Guilds and Characters

Being able to re-arrange my characters and especially guilds would be so helpful. These are small things, but something that has been a thorn for me nearly daily. I can't tell you just how many times I deposited valuable items into a guild bank for which I do not have bank access, instead my own. This topic has been discussed for so long... Has ZOS ever responded regarding this? I can't imagine these changes would be difficult to code in...

I've read before that being able to rearrange the character login screen is on the list for future updates, but not a priority.
