Can't make my house private/"visitor no access" doesn't work

I have a recurring issue (has been happening for over a month) where I can't make my houses private.

I have default visitor access set to "no access", and I have no individual users or guilds added to the respective permissions lists. Despite this, anyone can port to me and come in my houses.

Earlier in the day I submitted a ticket (#170506-003549) and was told to try /reloadui and running repairs on my launcher--I did and neither worked.

This is really irksome and I'd love a solution!

Did you reply to the customer service ticket to let them know that their recommendation did not change anything?

It has been a while since I looked at the permissions for any of the three residences which I currently have. Perhaps I should. The Interactive Prompt doesn't appear in one of them when my PC attempts to use a chair or stool, i.e., to sit on it. I've already reported that bug and I doubt that it will ever be rectified.
