Enchanting not getting expected results

I have a 'Truly Superb Glyph of Magicka' that says adds 668 Max Magica.
When I use this.. my armor piece says it is enchanted with a 'Normal Max Magic Enchantment' that adds 270 Max Magica.
Am I doing something wrong?

nodulo✭✭✭Large pieces head, chest ect. get the max enchant bennefit (stated on the glyph) and small pieces gloves, feet ect. get a smaller bonus.1
