Fixed an issue where stamina dps were almost extinct from any PVE content. With morrowind they are now completely extinct. THAT CALTROPS BUFF THOUGH... Yeaaaaaa it now costs even more resources to keep up in morrowind than it does now. Also, even if it was cheaper, the damage increase to stamina builds isn't even near the ballpark of being "enough". Wrobel must love watching 7 mag sorcs and 1 mag dk dps a trial for a competitive score.
