Is enlightenment account wide?

Not sure but I think you get a certain amount of enlightenment each day. It doesn't matter if you play on one character or five you get a set amount. Once it is gone you go back to earning CP slowly until the next day. Also if you miss a day or three it saves so you don't lose it?

Champion points are account wide so it doesn't make much sense that gaining CP would be character based.

400k enlightenment a day, stacks up to 12 days I believe.

Yup, enlightenment is account wide, just like cp.

you get 400k each day, its shared for all characters above level 50 so it don't matter who you level as long as char is above level 50. All get the cp, you see this then using a chatacter you have not used for some time and he has lots of cp to spend.
It stores up to 2400K i think or 8 days.
Leveling below 50 characters will not earn you cp.
