Repair the Khajiit mansion.

This one like the place even if the house is small for an mansion.
However it has an major issue who should be fixed.

One of the large decorations on the walls around the stairs has broken of and fell down.
Its no way to modify this in housing editor and its look stupid.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
