Massive lag/performance issue since updates?

Are others also experiencing after the two last updates

- Massive lag spikes at times
- Performance issues and much more tearing
- Massive pop ins / missing textures of areas
- Sometimes extremely long loading times (especially thieves guild and dark brother hood related)?

I checked my internet conneciton and its stable/cable nor did my system change...?

Yes I am, had absolutely no problem at all before. The game doesn't lag, it's really slow and tears a lot though for some reason. FPS permanently reduced.

Dunno what's going on, at first I thought it was my system.

Now I see it probably wasn't.

do see png go high for some seconds but no real lag, but very long/infinite loadscreens when goig in delfs/dungeons etc, not when changing zone

Yes but I never know if it the game or my Internet randomly wandering away until I get kicked from the game.

Yeah since last maintenance it's been horrible, not just cyrodiil either.

after that " data center" thing...it doesn´t feel so good anymore...kicks..minor lags/rollbacks with no bad ping indicator.
