It used to last as long as refreshing path(11 sec), now it's a max of 4 seconds? What are they trying to get nbs to wear chudan because no one else wants to?

It is 4sec like 2 years... It is prolonged by heavy armor and I dont think it goes to 11sec
//EDIT: Ok, with full heavy you can make it last exactly 11sec
