How does one submit a support ticket now?

The entire interface has changed, and there seems to be no way to get an actual ticket posted anymore. I have posted several, so it's not like I've never done it. This is actually a quite serious issue that needs resolving, as in a character is just not levelling, so we would like some real help on that.

    Not sure what format you're on but PC the options are just more refined now (meaning harder to send a generic ticket).

    Otherwise you can go to https://help.elderscrollsonline.com and click Web Assistant on the right side, log in there, choose your platform and work through the category/subcategory options until you find what you need.

    If it's not under any of those categories find the one with the closest match and submit there. ZOS really doesn't have an open and friendly "contact about anything" system any more.

    The automated response says to use the ingame [F1] feedback option which probably ZOS won't ever read.

    There is though, Web Assistant located under SUPPORT tab.
    1) Login.
    2)Click web assistant, choose your platform, click in-game support.
    3)Character Issue.
    4)Choose crashing/stuck loading(Yes you have to choose the option that catches their attention).
    5)Enter details and your character name.
    6)Choose the contact method of your choice; I personally like emails.
