What is the best stam class and race

So I decided to make a stam character after not using one for some time now. The first time I used a stam character was when I didnt know anything about the game so I am clueless to what the best stam class is.
I was thinking of running a stam sorc or stamplar. I just dont know what race to choose so what would be a good race for when morrowind drops?

Stam Sorcs play melee more, so the Redguard passives are nice. (But nerf incoming). But I like the sneak radius, so my stam sorc is Khajiit.

I got SICK to DEATH of feeling like I had to pick my race based on my build. So I said "screw it" and decided to play what fit my story concept.

I'm now maining a Dunmer StamBlade and loving it. Funny thing is, I lost less than 100 Stamina regen switching from Bosmer to Dunmer...

Depends on the build. But Stam Sorc Orc is not a bad choice.

I usually like to max out the most that I can as I find that fun. Knowing that I can better annoys me from time to time.
I am going to make my mag dk into stam with dunmer because I already race changed my dk so I have to see how that goes. Its mostly to see how I like stam as from what it seems everyone runs almost the same abilities

Next patch I believe Orc will be the best stam race with the Nerf to redguard.Red guard will still be good but next as good as now.For example I believe orc is better for Stamplar because of the physical damage boosy and the movement speed on a stamsorc is really good as well.

Personally I'm not race changing unless they make it free so I'm staying Red guard.
