If you mean a guild that helps new players, yes, I am GM of such a guild, League of Assassins. We are a casual social guild with a focus on pve and helping our members. We accept all players.

Hi, I'm new to TESO too and I'm looking for a guild to meet people and quest and q for dungeons while leveling. I'm not so much into PvP ATM.
