So i wake up middle of night on a email from eso you have bought 180day game time on your account?????!!! Wtf i want to cancel ghat and get my money back. Also i want to know what ip address did that and from where??! [snip]

Did you buy a 180 day membership about 180 days ago? It will auto renew unless you cancel your membership.

Its called, "auto renews" unless cancelled. Thus the word, "recurring" in those screenshots.

It says right in the email you got "You may cancel membership at any time or revoke authorization"

It also says right in the receipt that they will continue to charge every 180 days unless you cancel.

It's a subscription. Subscription means you keep getting something until you cancel it. That's what the word means.

You weren't hacked. You bought a subscription. You assumed it was a one time only thing. You did not notice it was an auto-renew subscription. It renews on you and you assume you were hacked.

the subscription is auto renewed if you dont turn it off, and yeah u might wanna take some of those pictures down, since it reveals some of your private informations
