How are people in Canada buying/reserving Morrowind Collector's edition?

Well it's happening all over again. I can't get a copy of Morrowind collector's edition because Best Buy and EB Games say it's not on their computer system so they can't pre order or reserve me a copy. So how are people in Canada or better yet, Southern Ontario reserving their copy of Morrowind Collector's edition?
