This is my Necromancer build for the Morrowind patch for PvE Content. Magicka Sorcerer is very easy class to master and has alot of STRONG passives.

Destruction Shock: Main bar
Inner Light
Daedric Prey
Summon Volatile Familiar
Force Pulse
Bound Aegis
Shooting Star
This build is focuses on massive AoE.
Destruction Fire: Damage over time
Liqud Lighting
Blockade of Fire
Summon Volatile Familiar
Empowering Ward
Bound Aegis
Elemental Rage

5 Necropotence – 5 Divines Armor
2 ILambris– 1 Heavy Helm Divines, 1 Medium Divines
4 Moondancer – 3 Jewelry (Spell Damage enchants), 1 Shock Staff (Sharpened)
1 vMA Fire staff– Sharpened
