I am trying to make a dram of magika with columbine and bugloss but columbine is both restore health and restore magicka and so i bugloss. When i put them togeth it only makes dram of health, how do i change it to dram of magika?

You don't. It's always going to make a Dram of Health. You have to find another combination of herbs that will create a Dram of Magika.

Put cornflower first and another restore magicka reagent second.

Bugloss + Cornflower
