ZOS – Binding Needs to Go (conditionally)

In my opinion, the ONLY gear that should have a binding function is trial gear. Crafted, dungeon and overland gear should have NO binding function and should be allowed to be traded freely, even after use.

I, like many others, have a bank stacked with bound gear that we will never use again, but many other players could benefit from greatly. Please remove the binding feature from crafted, dungeon and overland gear and give us a way to unbind our old gear so we can freely trade it.

They shouldn't allow everything tradable because it will just make whoever richest has the best gear. Not sure why you think trial gear should be the only bound gear. Some of trial gears are garbage so usefulness of gears are base on opinion, not where to get it.

I mean you still couldnt get vma and master weapons. I kind of agree with OP.

Not even after use? Wow, that's something that would tank the economy, right there. No gear ever going away, always available for someone else to use? Ever-increasing supply. Ever-decreasing value. BoE gear binding on use is, like gold sinks, a way to keep control over the game's supply of 'stuff'.

(The other option, of course, is to obsolete all that gear, either by having gear from new content be Obviously Better - aka, power creep - or by increasing the level cap and making all the old gear worthless. Neither of those are very attractive options.)
