After the last maintenance I experience this issue (not in Cyrodiil) in normal zones to a point that I have to manually terminate the client with alt+f4 and from trask manager. The weird thing is that after I log in and try to teleport to the same zone (or even dungeon) the loading screen issue still remains. Usually with the 3rd attempt the teleport is successful...

I had the same issue when the house released... I could not get out of the house due to the loading screen.0
