[ALL] Honor [HOTR] PvE Build: Stamina NightBlade by FeaR Turbo

This is my Honor build for the Horns of the Reach patch for PvE Content. Stamina Nightblade is very hard class to master but has alot of unique passives and skills to utilize. We will touch on some easy to get gear and some end game gear.

Skills:
Dual Wield: Main bar

Rending Slashes
Killers Blade
Deadly Cloak
Surprise Attack
Relentless Focus
Flawless Dawnbeaker
This build is focuses on Major Slayer up time with Incapcitating Strike, Massive AOE damage over time, and a good single target with Master at arms CP and surprise atttack/Light attack.

Bow: Supporting Buffs and Dots

Poison Injection
Endless Hail
ReArming Trap
Razor Caltrops
Leeching Strikes
Incapcitating Strike / Ballista

Change the ultimate to your current boss fight! For example if its more bursty like boss 3 of vHoF use the bow ult then incap.

End Game Gear:

5 Hunding Rage– 3 OR 5Armor Medium Divines, 1 Infused Dagger (Poison Enchant), 1 Precise/Sharpened Dagger (Powered Enchant)
2 Velidreth – Medium Divines. (Use Krag if Velid isnt doing great DPS for you if the boss is moving etc. The extra pen will help greatly)
5 War Machine – 2 Armor Divines, 3 Jewerly (2 Weapon damage Enchants, 1 Regen)
5 Vicious Serpent – if you do not have War Machine. 1 Infused Dagger (Poison Enchant), 1 Precise Dagger/Sharpened (Powered Enchant), 3 Jewerly (3 Weapon damage Enchants)
With VO you want to keep Hunding Rage all the time so use VO weapons to max DPS, with WM its really up to your choice!

Mundus:

Warrior (if you have group pen support sets)

Lover (if you don’t have any group pen support sets)

That's awesome @FeaR Turbo!! I am seriously considering to lvl up my lvl16 Khajiit stamblade. I've noticed that on your rotation, on your back bar, you go first Trap and then Hail, is it because you want Hail to hit with Minor Force already applied to it?

Nice build! I'm using a slight variation of that, with just bi-stat food and a few heavy attacks. I think that Axe + Dagger is better than double Dagger in single target fights. Another thing you could consider is dropping is Leeching Strikes for Mirage, which would in turn enable you to use Flawless Dawnbreaker on the back bar and Incap on the front bar to "equalize" weapon damage on both bars (consider that you spend basically 40-50% time on the back bar to reapply DoTs). Plus Mirage actually helps a lot with avoiding damage or you could double slot Relentless Focus to be sure to get that Bow proc all the time.

Got 47.4k self buffed not long ago using the above (with Mark on the back bar to start out with Major Fracture) with just Hunding's, TFS and Kra'gh

I'd also say that in stack and burn fights, its more worth to use Infused over Precise on the main hand weapon with a Poison Enchant. Deals pretty much the same DPS as Double Sharpened, which means it deals more when you don't have to put points into Piercing.
