Masterful Tailoring countdown - anyone?

I have new countdown on my screen - top right. Never seen it before. It says "Masterful Tailoring" and it's counting down - originally from 30 mins, I think.
Anyone know what that's all about?

Fleshreaper✭✭✭✭✭If you had the quest already and you picked up a timed quest. Sometimes the timer will appear on the next quest after you have turned in the timed quest.6
