Attronach Trophies still a Myth?

I thought this was supposed to be fixed after 1 Tamriel. Flame Atronach's simply disintegrate on death leaving nothing to loot, Flesh Atronachs are dropping nothing but poison water mats and gold, haven't checked Ice or storm yet.

I've been getting the trophies... usually on the "wrong" characters. These last few weeks I got 2 frost, 1 ember, 1 flesh (questing and hunting skyshards in Cyro and IC mostly).

Trophies aren't 100% droprate. Not even 1% droprate. 0.01% droprate might be more like it, though atronach's don't seem that bad - just go farm Spellscar for the elemental ones. They do indeed drop...sometimes

Maybe my account is bugged. Been playing since Beta. You'd think I'd have more than the one trophy that dropped 3 years ago from the Storm Atronach by now!

Those things are stupidly rare. I once ground an entire vet rank to get the Nix eye to drop.

They drop, just not often.

Haven't gotten a tongue in quite a long time. They make lovely keychains for gifting to that special someone.

Having trouble to get the ice and storm atronach trophies for ages. Drop rate is utterly low.

Also worth a note that these atronachs are "elite" monsters that have 4x amount of health than regular mobs. It takes much more time to grind them because of that and because they are not really hanging out in packs. All these increase the time to get the trophies a lot. Imho drop rate should be compensated for rarity - not for these only, but for mobs that can be killed by the hundreds in a short time (ie. dwemer, zombies...)

Flesh have always been the bugbear to farm. The only place I can think of is in Malabal Tor, though there may be other possible farming spots I'm unaware of.

No, Malabel Tor is the best place.
And flesh atros are not that bad. Sure, you go through a lot, but they at least are quick kills... now stormies on the other hand... I really wish bigger, tougher opponents had higher drop chances for trophies.

Heck, i wish we had a "hunters guild" skill line, with a passive that raised trophy collection chance, or an comsumable which for a short time gives you a much, much higher chance, for those targeted "trophy hunts"...

Got a fleshy simbiont not too long ago. Sadly still no crackling load stone found in 3 years. There seems to be a shortage of storm atronachs to fight end game in hopes of finding one.

Endgame? Who cares, its tamriel unlimited nowadays... doesn't matter where, just find the beasties.

Spellscar is one thing, but southern reapers march is also good for farming storm, ice and flame atronarchs. Just sayin...

I have the fire and flesh trophies (on the right character). I'm still missing the storm and ice. I'm going to focus on those now that I got the Flawless Tailfeather.

I feel like I killed a Gazillion harpies to get that one on the right character. I got it on 3 of my other characters (including the level 10 Iron Vestige) before I got it on my main. >_<
