Has never happend before but started happening a few days ago (maybe since patch?!) - the option that the pc can turn the devices off is already off....randomly it seems when playing eso the mouse/keyboard stop working (playing with gamepad)...then i can't leave the game or do anything but a hard reset of the computer - then everything works fine again....?

honestly has no one ever had that problem? I am losing my mind, i really don't understand how i can fix it

    batteries are new
    mouse works, keyboard too
all settings are set so that the pc can not turn them off

still - after not using the mouse/kb fo a while they randomly stop working (but one or the other, not both at the same time)

Do you have a Broadcom bluetooth chipset and did you recently install the Windows 10 Creators Update? I have read some articles about issues with that, but the same articles say that Microsoft supposedly blocked the update for people they believe would have a problem. It is still possible to manually install the update though according to what I've read. I don't use wireless for gaming. I use a wired keyboard, mouse, and ethernet connection, so I can't add much else unfortunately. Your post is lacking in any details like PC model, OS, bluetooth chipset, keyboard and mouse model, etc.

I had the problem when I had a wireless mouse and also a mouse / keyboard combo.

Troubleshoot - remove everything and replace one thing at a time

Probably not a zenimax problem though

jup, i think its exactly that

    i also just found it

    http://news.softpedia.com/news/microsoft-confirms-bluetooth-issues-in-windows-10-creators-update-515011.shtml

so guess we just have to wait...i dont use the mouse / keyboard for gamging, i use a pad but i need the mouse/keyboard to enter/exit the game...and they stopped working after some time

honestly the part bout blocking if they thought it was causing problems i think was nonsense from ms - why would they think that in the first place (why would they offer the update then) and for me it all updated automatically basically

I randomly had this too with wireless mouse and keyboard. I'm using wired keyboard and mouse now without troubles.

I am having this issue as well. My PC meets all system specs. Keyboard works perfectly in Windows and all other applications but randomly drops out in ESO either at login or worse, during gameplay. Keyboard is Logitech brand so I don't think the previous post about the Windows 10 drivers is applicable. The issue is restricted to ESO as keyboard functions perfectly in all other apps.
