Mouse Acceleration Issue

Hi everyone,

This problem recently came up a couple hours ago today. The problem is that my mouse sensitivity gets really "jumpy" at inconsistent speeds. For example, when I try to slowly inch my mouse across the pad, the camera in-game then lurches maybe 15 degrees, even more up to 90 or even 180 degrees in-game, turning my character around. My specs are as listed:

OS: Windows 10 Home Edition
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
GPU: EVGA Nvidia GTX 980 4gb VRAM
RAM: G Skill Ripjaws 32gb
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Chroma
Mouse: Razer Naga Chroma

I have my mouse set to 800dpi and 0 mouse acceleration on Razer Synapse and my in-game camera speed set to 25 for first and third person view. I hope this can get resolved soon. Thank you for the time and effort!

This could also be Lag related.

One thing you might try is to disable the Razor Software and see if that sorts it. The only time I ever see this issue is if my Ping times are through the roof. I don't run the software myself, as much as I like Razor stuff, I see no reason to have to use the Cloud to store my settings, so I just junked the software. Mostly because the cloud aspect was a PITA.

I also have opened the ports on my firewall that the game wants, that might help. Search Ports in the Support Portal, and google your router model and "port triggering" to see how to do allow the ports.

Same issue here. X updates ago this wasn't an issue.

Calibrate your mouse

Open your Razer Synapse, go into Mouse --> Calibration or w/e you call that.
Then enable it, then chose a mouse pad/mat or add a new one, then follow the steps afterwards.

This can potentially solve your unusual accelerating mouse movements, even mouse freezes that you could have.
