Orsinium costumes

I'm try to unlock all of the orsinium costumes but the ones for filling up the house of orsiner glories won't unlock even tho I've colllected all 20 relics

Lol i had this trouble. Go to the orsinium wayshrine and a quest marker will appear on a notice bored. The quest is addressed to the hero of wrothgar (i think) you collect 1 special relic then that unlocks the costumes.

You have to do other stuff, like 40 quests + main quest and locations, and dungeon bosses.

I think it's a mistake in the description, you have to actually complete Hero of Wrothgar and fill the House of Orsimer Glories to unlock those costumes. I'm in the same boat.

The requirements should be:

- Collect all 20 relics for the Museum also know as House of Orsimer Glories
- Kill all bosses in Rkindaleft and Old Orsinium
- Kill 4 of 6 World Bosses
- Discover all 6 delves (this is done by killing the boss inside)
- Complete 40 quests in Wrothgar
- Complete the main quest

Technically it's the quest, not the achievement, that unlocks the costumes.
