like lol, why no dynamic pop cap? those guys are basically pve anyway, at surreal times of the day.
zos u can nerf and buff all you want to balance the game but dynamic population cap is all us pvp'ers want.
pve community hates pvp community coz u nerf/buff them to balance us.
