Winter's Wrath and Spring's Enlightenment
Magicka Warden Frost/Nature Shaman with Bear Companion.
Overview
Super excited about the Warden Class! Now that ZOS reveals the complete skill lines, I immediately began planning this build.

Attributes
* Magicka: 34
* Health: 30
* Stamina: 0
No need for Stamina.
Race
Breton with all Passives
More Magicka bonuses and Spell Resistance, the better.
Armor, Sets, and Mundus Stone
* 7X Light Armor (7X Sardonyx or Diamond)
Boost your Defenses. Magicka Bonuses with Light Armor.
* Set: Willow's Path (Crafted)
Huge Health, Magicka, and Stamina Recovery.
* M. Stone: The Mage
Big Magicka Buff.
NOTES: I use crafted sets because I'd rather use a set with my favorite crafting styles like Bosmer or Barbaric than have a favorite set with a style I don't care for.
Weapon 1: Frost Staff (Fire Opal)
* Arctic Wind (Arctic Blast)
Heals you for 10% Max Health and damages nearby enemies.
* Frost Cloak (Expansive Frost Cloak)
Buffs Physical and Spell Resistance for larger area and less cost.
* Wall of Frost (Blockade of Frost)
Quicker DPS and Big AOE. Roots chilled enemies.
* Impaling Shards (Winter's Revenge)
Summons at target location an scales off Max Magicka and Spell Damage instead of Health.
* Frost Touch (Frost Clench)
Cheap attack that roots enemies.
* Feral Guardian (Eternal Guardian)
Best ultimate a Warden could have, a cool pet that not only does great damage, but distracts stronger or more annoying enemies via trolls or wamasu. Eternal morph automatically resurrects your bear with 1 minute cooldown.
Weapon 2: Restoration Staff (Chysolite)
* Force Siphon (Quick Siphon)
Quick offensive heal.
* Healing Seed (Budding Seeds)
Wait 6 seconds to heal or activate again for instant heal, your choice.
* Lotus Flower (Lotus Blossom)
Offensive heal buff that grants Spell Critical.
* Living Vines (Living Trellis)
Not only heals you when taking damage, but also heals you big when effect ends.
* Regeneration (Mutagen)
Normally heals over time, except instant heal on lower health target and removes 1 negative effect.
* Feral Guardian (Eternal Guardian)
Quick question... can the Bear be healed?
