Since pvp and pve seem to be negatively affecting each other why not separate them entirely.
It seems impossible to balance the game so that both pvp and pve are happy.
Having it separated would remove this problem entirely.
it might save some server load too.

Burgererer✭✭✭I find that mixing the two are completely fair and makes the game more interesting, especially considering the variety in builds and how they affect each on both types of content. Plus, I love being spec'd for PvE and destroying people in non-CP Cyrodiil, then telling them so. And there's sets specifically made for both PvE or PvP. Keep the current servers the same, PVP in Cyrodil and BGs.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭well, dungeons and dragons online wentinto great detail on this to the point the simply removed pvp from thier entire mmo.
i hope we never see anything like that happen in eso.2
