@MehrunesFlagon I don't play ESO atm, you don't usually play ESO when you're out of town now do you? And what does fps have to do with the internet connection anyway, what a joke of a comment.

Fps has nothing to do with ping, nothing that I have experienced. I've played ESO on my mobile 3G connection streamed through my mobile phone at some daring times and got around 90 fps in a 24 man Zerg fighting on the Alesia bridge.@MehrunesFlagon I don't play ESO atm, you don't usually play ESO when you're out of town now do you? It has everything to do with PING, latency.
You would be teleporting, and possibly be disconnecting constantly.

Ping = connection
FPS = computer's power to generate the game
