New changes?

Can anyone make a quick checklist of the changes announced on the livestream? My internet connection does not allow me to stream videos without having to wait 85 days for them to buffer...

@MehrunesFlagon I don't play ESO atm, you don't usually play ESO when you're out of town now do you? And what does fps have to do with the internet connection anyway, what a joke of a comment.

It has everything to do with PING, latency.
You would be teleporting, and possibly be disconnecting constantly.

It has everything to do with PING, latency.
You would be teleporting, and possibly be disconnecting constantly.

Fps has nothing to do with ping, nothing that I have experienced. I've played ESO on my mobile 3G connection streamed through my mobile phone at some daring times and got around 90 fps in a 24 man Zerg fighting on the Alesia bridge.

Ping = connection
FPS = computer's power to generate the game

Anyways I'll be home in a couple of hours so the point of this thread is now gone.
